And the same thing happened to me. It happens when I have something important the next day or when I am staying at someone’s place for the first time; I could not fall asleep. It is an interesting feeling. Midnight came, and my girlfriend was falling asleep. I thought, “I can’t sleep, and she is falling asleep already.” I slowly and in a sweet voice proceeded to tell her, “hey babe, wanna talk?” She responded in a half-sleep, raspy voice, “yeaa.. Let’s do that.” Then, a silence with a sound of an engine car passing by took place. I was trying to think of something to talk to her about. But by the time I thought about telling her that I was going to start school at nine o’clock next day and I told her, I figured she was sleeping. I knew it was going to be a long night even though my alarm on my phone was set.

  2. Sleepless nights are the pits. I've had a few of those lately. I have nothing positive to say about them.

Hope you get some more rest soon.

  4. I'm amazed at how much you can't sleep, Isai!! You should try my schedule! Have you tried listening to soothing music? It used to help me when I was younger.
