Today was one of those days that you look at your planner, raise your eyebrows and you say,"Man, I have so much to do." What do I do first? You look at the list, like looking for something that is really easy and then you get can erase it off so you feel better. Then, you realize everything requires time, you sigh and slowly close like wanting but not wanting to and proceed to lay on the couch with one leg on it and the other on the floor. Today, I am being lazy.

  1. My house--and the clutter that decorates every room--is proof that I agree with you: sometimes you've just got to let it go. But I think I'll at least make the bed...

    Enjoy your lazy day!

  2. We used to call those kind of days - Mental Health Day. I always found them to be marvelously restorative.

  4. We all need those lazy days. I have been trying so hard to just keep pushing through so that I can see the light at the end of the tunnel. We are almost there. It seems so close but so far away. My advice, take one lazy day and spend the next few days in the library. I can't seem to get anything done unless I am there because I am so easily distracted. Good Luck!!

  5. I also have to seclude myself in a quiet place at the college to get stuff done. It's amazing how well that helps. I have taken a few lazy days the past week and I regret it now!
